A holistic health visit for new patients wanting a comprehensive review of medical history, recent labs, current concerns, and all supplements/medications being taken. The goal is to create a personalized supplement plan and initial dietary recommendations. Lab or medication suggestions may be discussed; patients needing deeper functional medicine care can transition into a comprehensive consult.

Medication Check‑Up – New Patient (Single Rx) | $110
